The double cooling method generates a cooling effect by utilizing conductive cooling (contact cooling) and evaporative heat. The role of conductive cooling is to directly absorb heat from the skin and cool it while simultaneously removing the humidity that rises from sweating as condensation, thereby reducing discomfort levels.
